1. General Information

• These terms apply to all orders placed through Hez Shopping. By placing an order, the customer is deemed to have accepted these terms.

2. Receiving and Confirming the Order

• Once your order is received, a record is created in our system. Order approval is achieved by successfully completing the payment process. In the event of a problem caused by us, the order can be cancelled and a refund can be made.

3. Pricing and Product Information

• All product prices, product images and descriptions on our Site are presented for the purpose of providing general information about the product. The right to correct any incorrect information or pricing is reserved.
• A maximum of 3 items can be ordered from a product. Hez Shopping reserves the right to cancel orders over 3 items.

4. Delivery and Shipping

• Orders will be shipped within 10 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping company and your location. Hez Shopping cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur during shipping.
• The delivery time of your order is between 5 and 30 days.

5. Cancellation, Return and Exchange

• Orders cannot be cancelled after the Order has been placed.
• After the product is delivered, if the product you ordered does not meet the criteria you requested and this is our mistake, your money will be refunded or an exchange can be made.
• Returns are not accepted for hygienic products.

6. Responsibilities

• The Customer undertakes that all information provided when placing an order is correct.
• Hez Shopping is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the use of the product.

7. Privacy Policy

Customer information is used only to carry out the ordering process and is not shared with third parties in any way.
